car cranks and Idles good and takes off with lots of power but whengoing down the hwy it acts like its running out of gas...just pup a new fuel pump on it and it still does the same thing

Have you checked the fuel filter?
Maf sensor?
Standard or auto?
What are the short term and long term fuel trim values?
Any stored trouble codes?
