I have tried to charge the system and checked the fuses.

I have a 2002 Volkswagen Beetle, the ac compressor rotates, but there is no cooling. I have tried charging the system, but still no cooling.

Is the connector for the AC clutch attached? Is the light on the dash coming on? See if the AC relay is getting power and working properly.
