i have my oil light light when im in gear with the clutch down, ive checked the oil with the dipstick and there is enough oil for the car

It could be low pressure or a bad oil pressure sensor. You should check pressure using a mechanical pump. If it is within spec, then I would suspect a bad pressure sensor.
