To answer your question knowing the engine size is needed to get the correct info also only reason I mention this question is showing up as a donor question is because you said you donated to a empty question.

We are going to start with the code P0446 which is vent solenoid code. You will notice were start with step 36 this is because step one says if you Toyota factory scan tool go to step 36. Let me know what you find I would start by checking the gas cap seal for cracking etc.
