i have a high pitch whining noise when my truck is in drive or reverse.tranny fluid is fine.would a transmission flush help me or is there a more serious problem at hand?any help would be appreciated.thank you......

I wouldn't expect changing transmission fluid to do anything for noises. Have a professional look at it and find out for sure what the noise is.
