2002 Solara periodically misses and idles rough

2002 TOYOTA CAMRY SOLARA

2002 Toyota Solara 2.4.
Car runs great, then the car will start missing and idling rough and then it seems to clear up. Changed fuel filter, checked vacuum lines and plugs. Can you help me!!!!
Any help would be appreciated

Do you have a check engine light and when was last major tune-up??

Clean out the idle air control valve and MAF sensor with an electronic cleaner CRC and see what happens

Thanks for your quick reply. The check engine light has been on for some time now. The car just started acting up. I have done all that you suggested and have not had favorable results. Hate to replace the MAF ($130) incase that isn't the problem. I have a hand held computer I hook up to the car and the codes are similar to your response. I do a lot of work myself but I'm at a loss. Any other ideas?
