How do I fix a squeky fanbelt on a 2002 Toyota Sequioa? It was recently replace about 4 months ago.

If anything has spilled on it you will have to replace it again. If it hasn't been contaminated with any liquids, then it may need to be adjusted or tensioner replaced if it's spring loaded.
