I have a Rav4 2002 standard code 0141 came on. Which sensor is it. Is it Bank 1 sensor-2?

Bank 1 is on the driver's side of the exhaust manifold and sensor 2 is the downstrean (after cat) sensor

It's a heater code for that sensor, usually a bad sensor causes that.
