steering wheel shakes in park

Hi i have Toyota Allion D4 engine 2000cc,it vibrates when on parking position such that you can see the steering shaking,is that a probelm? 2.it reduces speed when accelerating and slightly jerks when changing gears.what could be the problem?

Have the engine mounts checked for the vibrations at idle.

The jerking during deceleration should be from the transmission. Check the transmission fluids condition and level. Get a scan done to check for trouble codes.
