My daughter said when she get to about 35 mph the drivers side wheel starts to whine-it possible sounds like a wheel bearing is going, she had it diagnosed by a mechanic and that is what it is. She also said it has a floppy sound (good discription, very specific lol), they didn't know what that may be. Do you guys have any idea, and how much should I ballpark be looking at in regards to price? I know alot of labor is involved, I just don't know how much.

Prices varies according to location. I would put it at a 1.5 hour job. You can check the parts price at your local parts store.
