my toyota 1.3 is using lot of water and fuel,the radiator is not leaking but i have to fill it everyday

You will need to pressure test the cooling system with all the spark plugs removed to determine where the coolant is going. It's possible you have a blown head gasket and it's burning the coolant in the cylinders.
