While driving my car and when I'm driving slowly and turning the steering there is a noise that comes from the front only when turning the steering and driving slowly,what could be the problem?

We need more information of the noise to know what could possibly cause it.
How does it sound like?
Does tapping the brakes makes any difference to the noise?
Any difference making left or right turns?
