My instrument panel is dead

My instrument panel is dead. The speedometer, tach, fuel, odometer, and temp gauges do not display. All fuses and fuse links are intact. Dealership mechanics have removed the dash board and checked all connections and cleaned them.

Check fuses. Check the grounds for the affected systems under/behind the dash.

Toyota has already pulled the dash and ran the harness system for the gauges with no results. They suggest replacing the harness for $1200?
