my Toyota always had problems recently, I have to go to the autozone for diag every time ,so I am considering to buy a obd2 so that I can know what the problem is ,and choose going to the autozone or not . so what is the best you ever had?

There is no such thing as best as each scan tool has its pros and c ons but for specific models, most generic scan tool works. Please do not mistake between a code reader and scan tool. They are two completely category and are worlds apart in terms of cost and capabilities.
