Toyota Allion heater problem

i own a Toyota allion 1.5 , Year 2002 ,vvti engine, engine model inz-fe. When i start my car in winter and i drive off and the car warms up i put my heater at max , ( i have a climaTE CONTROL ) At the beginning and for about 15 minitues or so the heaTER IS OK BUT AFTER 15 MINUTES ITS STARTS TO cool down and i dont know why. i have checked my cooland its full and clean. Do u know what is the problem??

Make sure the coolant level is full. Check to make sure the engine is running at a normal operating temp. Check / replace thermostat is needed.

what is the life o a thermostat give or take ? is the thermostat working good for the heater to blow hot air even if the coolant tempreture normal
