Toyota Allion heater problem

I own a Toyota allion 1.5, Year 2002, vvti engine, engine model inz-fe. When I start my car in winter and I drive off and the car warms up I put my heater at max, ( I have a climaTE CONTROL ) At the beginning and for about 15 minitues or so the heaTER IS OK BUT AFTER 15 MINUTES ITS STARTS TO cool down and I dont know why. I have checked my cooland its full and clean. Do u know what is the problem?

Make sure the coolant level is full. Check to make sure the engine is running at a normal operating temp. Check / replace thermostat is needed.

What is the life o a thermostat give or take? Is the thermostat working good for the heater to blow hot air even if the coolant tempreture normal
