why does my car shuts off while moving??

my cars goes dead while moving? symptoms are it stars by decreasing and increasing rpm like irregular rpm and then it comes to a complete stop and the pilots on the dashboard light up like when is in turn on.

Check the idle air control and fuel pressure, also for vacuum leaks.
