My car's fan blowing hard but very little air coming out vents! Please assist! Can it be the air cabin filter? Where is that located? Not sure what else can it be

The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box . At times they can get lots of build up, when checking take caution working around the passenger side air bag. With glove box door removed you will see a little access panel or door, cabin filter is located inside access panel or door.
