My maruti 800 radiator coolant is boiling after a few minutes of running, although the engine getting hot display is normal on the panel. the coolant boils and the coolant topup box lid blows off. sometimes there is cranking sound in the bonnet.

You may have an air lock in the engine, replace the thermostat flush the coolant and re fill and bleed all air from system, run with heater on until thermostat opens and system reaches normal operation temp.
