2002 Suzuki Other Multicab Minivan Efi Thru 2 Batteries Last One Only 3

I have a Suzuki multicab minivan. It is efi. I have gone thru 2 batteries. The last one only 3 months. Once the van has a flat battery there is no engine. Can you explain why this is happening. I live on a small island in the Philippines and skilled labor is non existant. Please advise

Check alternator out put voltage, check battery earths are clean and tight start here.
