2002 Suzuki Esteem Car Vibrating High Get Warm Gauge Middle You First Start

The car is vibrating high when it get warm ( gauge in the middle) . But when you first start is not vibrating as much when it get warm, especially when the gear is engage in D. I replace the three bottom engine support. Found them in bad shape. The car is automatic with 1.8 L engine.

Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked the idle air control valve?
