2002 Subaru Outback This Car Came Runs Dash Lights Tack Speedometer

this car came to me it runs ok! but i have no dash lights, no tack, no speedometer, scanned it and code comes up check connections what the heck do you think i should look for frist? thanks ralph

what code??? there is none for connections

the only thing they have in common is the cluster assembly. check all fuses with a test light to verify power.
