Nothing happens when I push the buttons.

Subaru dual climate control problems. My 2002 outback LLBean 3l 6 cyl dual climate control will not work. When I turn the headlights on the lights on the panel light up but when I push the buttons nothing happens, no heat, no air, o defrost. All the fuses are ok.

check fuses and relays first then check to see if power is going from control head.
