2002 Subaru Forester Turn On Heater Ac Makes Rumbling Noise Higher Heater

When I turn on my heater/ac it makes a rumbling noise the higher I turn the heater up. The sound seems to be coming from the the foot warmer area and the outside vent by the windshield

It sounds like either your blower motor is loose or it is going bad.
