Headlight Problem

When I use the low beam and fog light, the light will sometime be on, then off. Checking the fuse, and relay, everything is OK. Can you tell me why?

check your multi function switch or a short in the wiring system. maybe a bad ground is corroded. If you have daytime running lights the module may be interfering with it so have it scanned for codes

Thanks a lot.
The mufti function switch should be OK for I changed to another one, it still has the same issue. I will check the ground and the wire connection.

I am having the same issue with my 2002 Subaru, was the ground the issue and if so how would I go about finding the problem?

When the headlight stops working or flicker use a test light to check the power, grounds and relays. here are guides and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how to test and system:
