I was involded in a minor fender bender over a year ago i'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, but it was enough to knock my transmission speed sensors and they had to be reseated.
It's a 2002 Saturn Vue 3.0L AWD with the M45 Transmission and NVG 900 transmission, one time when doing an oil change I noticed there was transmission fluid coming out of the transfer case i'm lost now as it's still leaking after doing this,
1. I got a new passenger side axle shaft assembly and a new output shaft drained transfer case and added versatrak fluid, this was a no go what appeared was happening was transmission fluid is getting into the transfer case and overflowing the transfer case and making it come out the weep hole of the transfer case. Its a slow leak
2. I then got a gm transmission seal and the seal that goes next to it, changed it and the versatrak fluid same thing still leaks
3. Then I thought it may have been the transfer case so I took it off my parts vue and changed the seals again etc, and it still leaks

This is getting farily costly with verstarak being $50 a bottle, and the transmission seal being $80, and the other seals being about $20 each
Does anyone have any ideas?
The transmission doesn't leak other than getting into the transfer case and causing the transfer case to overflow and spits out the overflow weep hole.
Thanks

This is the transfer case which goes against that transmission seal and bolts to it, the red squares are seals I already changed 3 times, the versatrak fluid is clear but whats happening is the transmission fluid is getting into the transfer case and causing it to overflow causing it to be overfilled and come out of the weep hole on the output shaft seal.
I know this is whats happening as when I drained the transfer case irt had a red tinge to it when it should be clear
have any idea whats happening? Is it possible my transmission has a small crack where the transmission seal goes? Or I don't know i'm stumped

If the seal where the axle stub shaft goes into the transmission thats the axle seal. What you call the transfer case is the ptu power take off unit. If the axle seal keeps leaking you have a damaged axle seal or internal looseness in the transmission.
