2002 Saturn Vue Take Off Car Shakes Come Stop Stops Shaking There S Knocking

When I take off my car shakes. When I come to a stop it stops shaking but there's is a knocking noise coming from under the hood. And when I put it in park it doesn't shift to park and I have to put the emergency brake on.
