The Engine Computer detected a problem with a sensor circuit or with an engine performance issue. It has set a diagnostic fault code in memory and reduced engine performance to allow you to drive slowly to the repair shop without needing a tow truck. Having the code(s) read is the place to start.

It has detected a failure in the throttle by wire system thats why the reduced performance light comes on those. If its a 3.0L engine most likely it needs a throttle body and throttle body harness plus a throttle body wire harness hold. Depending on the codes you have.
