When I put my car in park it revs up to 2000 RPM

2002 saturn sl2, also there is a miss when I'm in drive and I am idling. I recently replaced plugs, wires and coil packs. Then my engine light came on and the code read bad O2 sensors so I replaced those. I've cleaned the throttle body and replaced the air filter

What was the exact code number you had?The code will read out P followed by a four digit number. Also did it have the high idle before you changed everything?Do you have any codes now?If so what are the numbers?Also have you checked for a vacuum leak?Or lightly taping on your idle air control motor while you have the high idle to see if the idle returns to normal?Also I would be checking the coolant temp sensor and connector really common for those to have issues on that car.

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and see what happens
