So you have a automatic transmission?Also when it shift's it shift's really hard?Have you had the car checked for code's?

yes its automatic we have owed the car for about 8 mo have had no problems there are no lites on engine trans the abs lite was on when it was -15 but once it warmed up its now out

Let's start with this go to a auto parts store like auto zone and have them check your car for code's.We need to make sure you don't have any code's.Most of the hard shifting i have seen on the saturn S model have been too high of transmission operating pressure caused by a bad pressure regulator in the valve body.Let me know if you have any code's before we go any further.

there was 3 codes 1 low fuel pressure 2nd was with cranking problem think that happened when i changed the fuel filter last oil change 3rd was trans module so not sure what is up. since we talked last i also stopped by the shop i go to once in a while described the problem to him he said it will need a rebuild trans installed think not on that

If you could get me the exact number's that would really help me help you.That way i could get you trouble trees etc.Everyone justs want's to replace or rebuild those saturn S model transmission's.That's hardly ever the fix though lol.Get me those exact code number's so i can help you out with your problem.
