Can you put a block heater anywhere on the motor?

I cant find a place for a block heater or frost plug heater is there one on the motor a 1.9l 4 cylynder

HEY BUDDY, THIS AIN'T A BLOCK HEATER BUT WORKS VERY WELL--NOTHING GETS MESSED WITH, 'CEPT FOR A LOWER RADIATOR HOSE

Just to add to this one the block heater is put right where the base of the oil dipstick goes thats where we installed them at the dealer.
