engine idle high replaced i.a.c. the voltage is out of speck what do I look for next

Whats the voltage where and how did you check it?On the scan tool it shows the iac position in counts.Also have you checked the coolant temp sensor and for vacuum leaks and if you have any codes in the computer? A throttle position sensor circuit issue will cause a high idle as well.
