Why does A/C blow warm air when idling?

A/C blows good cold air while car is moving, but starts blowing warm air when idling.

Was told this morning that the engine was overheating because the radiator fan wasn't working. Do you think this is also the problem with the A/C blowing hot air?

Just to add to this one with the ac on see if you have power and ground to the radiator fan motor. If you do replace the radiator fan motor.
