Check engine light is on constantly. Code check showed P0128 (Coolant Temp below Thermostat regulating Temp) and P0133 (O2 sensor CKT slow response (bank 1 sensor 1)). What do I need to fix the problem(s)? Have a slight reduction of gas mileage and using oil.

Just to add to this one for the code P0133 you need to replace the o2 sensor in the exhaust manifold. For the p0128 i would probably just replace the coolant temp sensor they have a high failure rate on those cars and there only like 10 also inspect the connector if the inside of the connector terminals is green or blue instead of silver then you will have to replace thr connector also.I would also replace the thermostat that should take car of the code p0128.
