cooling fan only kicks on when air conditioner is on and fuse is good and i have changed the cooling temp.sensor could the fan relay in the black box under hood be bad ? i have not replaced that yet.

If the fan comes on with the ac the relay is good it only has one relay.How high is the temp going?The fan comes on just over half way on the temp gauge.
