2002 Saturn L300 stalls at idle, low idle

I have a new mass air flow, new heated o2 sensors bank 1 and 2, new coil packs bank 1 and 2. Had exhaust pressure checked for potential cat issues. Ecm cleared and driven 200 or so miles. Only code that shows now is P0102 mass air flow input circuit low.

When car idles, it stalls. While idling the lights surge. If that helps or indicates anything.

Any help is appreciated. I don't have a code reader of scan tool so i'm hoping there is some "old school" methods of testing, or you have seen this before and it is a simple fix.

thanks

Without a advanced scan tool we will only be guessing what's going on. But I will try to help you the best I can. First make sure the engine control number 1 fuse has power to both sides of the fuse with the key in the run position? Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

I have a multi meter, but am not versed in its use. Where are the engine control fuses, in the reg. Fuse block under the hood? Or is there another fuse area for engine control fuses.
