2002 Saturn L300 Pulled Into Driveway Shut Off Car Tried Start Wouldn T Turn

I pulled into the driveway and shut off my car and when I tried to start it, the car wouldn't turn over. The door locks won't work, the headlights won't come on... the only sign of life is the radio digital display. But when I turn the ignition key to start, the power shuts off and the radio resets. Help!!

First thing you need to do is have the battery tested and make sure the battery cables are clean and tight.
