The number one position is closest to the key hole you just start at one and work your way down with the correct numbers pushing each tumbler all the way down.Then you place all the tumbler springs on top of the tumblers.Then install the tuumbler door and seat it down with a pair of needle nose pliers.Its pretty easy to do.
