Rear Spoiler Repair

My rear spoiler came off my 2002 Saturn L-100, all the clips are intacked on the truck of the car and on the spolier itself. How do i put it back on and make sure it wont come off again?

So is the spoiler put on with two way tape or is nut or bolted down?I have never seen a spoiler put on a L model saturn that's a new one for me.

there are 3 clips and two place's to be bolted down? All the clips on the truck are fine too.

i got the spoiler all fixed with some two way tape, thank you for the reply i will use this website again
