you may need to enter a code for the radio to work and the power seats check the relays.

there are two fuses for the radio fuse 9 and fuse 21 in the under dash, make sure both are ok.one is 10 amp theother a 15 amp.fuse 11 and 25 are for the power seats.if the grounds are ok for seats and radio something may have becom fried or a park jumped when you reconnected battery. maybe the key was left on.also check the fuses underhood as they are larger and control power to some of the fuses for the power seats and radio. one of those may have burnt up.

I HAVE SEEN THIS HAPPEN A FEW TIMES TO THE 9-5'S WHERE THE BATTERY WAS DISCONNECTED & THE RADIO LOSE IT'S CODE ,NOTE U WILL NEED TO TAKE TO DEALER TO HAVE THEM RE-MARRY THE RADIO TO THE CAR ,AS PER SEAT FUNCTION IT WORKS THROUGH A MODULE CALLED DICE ,& A MEMORY MODULE ON THE SIDE OF THE SEAT ,UNPLUG MEMORY SWITCH & THEN CHECK SEAT OPERATION AS PER MOVEMENT.
