I had my transmission fluid changed last week because the car was switching gears and seemed to be stuck. The shop hooked it up to the computer and said the fluid needed to be changed. Worked great for a week now the fluis seems to be black again and the same problem occured last night and today. There are no loud clanking or grinding noises. Any ideas?

If the fluid is black and / or smells burned, there's a clutch pack that is slipping and overheating the clutch plates, which overheats the fluid. A flush isn't going to fix a mechanical problem. Most likely the transmission needs to be rebuilt, but have that verified at a transmission specialty shop.
