I am trying to put on seat covers how do you release the headrest on the top of the seats?

the headrest has the safety belt holder on it so if I can remove the headrest the seat cover will slip over the seat and then I can reattach the headrest.

Look right above the seat cover where the head rest slides in see if the is a little lever to release it.Or a little hole that you can slide a pocket screw driver in to release it.
