I have a 2002 Pontaic Sunfire, Yesterday when I went to crank my car it wouldnt. It was like the battery was dead. After checking the battery and cable the lights inside came on. The car would turn over but would never start. The theft system light then went to flashing on. I googled it and read were I could turn the key half way and let it set for 15 mins. I did that and it crank, but the radio still says locked and where the mileage read it says error. What do you think is the problem?

if you read the whole article, you need to do that operation 3 times for the security to learn the passcode

check all the fuses for the odometer.

radio, you need to call the dealer for the code.
