2002 Pontiac Montana fouled plug

First easy question, how many Kms or miles on the plugs? and is it black fuel fouling or white ash deposits?

All I know is the van starts misfiring after 3 days of running and acts like she is stalling at red lights

Start with a compression test and new spark plugs, check air filter is not blocked.
