Temperature gage keeps going up and down

Had the thermostat changed, but now is worse. Sometimes temperature doesnt want to come down for a while.

I am almost afraid to ask how high it did go.
If you changed the t stat and bled the system right, then you have other issues. It could be a clogged radiator. If not, then I bet it is a blown head gasket from overheating. A shop can do a leak down test to confirm and give you a bid.
