2002 Pontiac Grand Prix Car Alittle Heat Down Road Blows Cold Air Sitting Idle

Car has alittle heat going down the road, but blows cold air sitting at an idle.
Already had radiator flushed, changed thermostat, and radiator cap. Changed out the heated core about 2 years ago.

When the engine is at normal operating temp see ID both heater hoses going into the heater core at the fire wall are both getting too hot to hold?
