2002 grand am defrost light a/c light and heater stopped working at the same time. blower works

the blower works on only high but the rear defrost light and a/c light won't work. I assume that means they aren't working. the heater stopped working at the same time. It only blows out cold air.

blower motor resistor sounds fried if only high works.

would this cause the rear defrost, a/c & heat to not work?
