2002 Pontiac Grand Am Loud noise

This morning on highway I was driving from work I hit 65 when I pushed to 70 it started making a loud annoying noise making it sound like a bike and Its only when on acceleration and or cruise controll once on break the noise quiets down/almost stop also when hitting acceleration has me second guessing the speed

have this checked locally wecan't give a diagnosis without hearing it and trying to see where it is coming from
