what and where is CODE PO102 -MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW input ?

It indicates a problem with the MAF circuit. It could be the sensor itself, any of the related wiring or intake tubing or the PCM. The circuit needs to be troubleshooted.
