headlight is popping up when I lock the car

when I lock car by door lock or using the alarm the right head light goes up and down and makes a ticking sound for 10 seconds.

If you have a factory alarm, you need to see a dealer. They are the only ones with the proper test equipment to trace this type of problem. I feel it is tied into the security system.
